So the classic symptom of a heart attack includes the left sided chest pressure that radiates down the arm associated with shortness of breath. But there's some symptoms that are not quite typical for heart attack, and that can be mistaken for other things. Some of these symptoms include nausea, vomiting, abdominal discomfort, insomnia, and sometimes shortness of breath.
