The most common symptom associated with the heart attack is a chest pain or pressure. Patients describe a left sided pressure that radiates down the left arm, and sometimes it radiates up to your jaw. It can also be associated with nausea, vomiting, sweating, shortness of breath, swelling in your legs, and just overall a feeling of doom.
